Music lessons for high school teens with special needs
$1,500 grant to La Serna High School PTSA

The Ethan Carlos Foundation awarded a $1,500 grant to the La Serna High School PTSA to provide music lessons for high school teens with special needs!
When we learned that La Serna PTSA President Lily Perez and her team were launching this meaningful program, we didn’t hesitate to step in and help bring it to life. Supporting youth, especially through the arts, is at the heart of what we do.
Ethan loved music. He took lessons in guitar, started to learn the keyboard and was planning to learn the saxophone next. He would have been so happy knowing that other teens now have the opportunity to experience the joy, confidence, and creativity that music brings.
Because of your generous support, we are able to continue Ethan’s work and invest in the arts for youth in our communities. Thank you for helping us make moments like this possible. 💛
